Diabetes is one of the most common disorders in which either the pancreas produces insufficient amounts of the hormone insulin or the body cells become resident to the hormone’s effects. Managing diabetes is not very tough if you are quite sincere to your health.

Home Remedies for Diabetes 

Drink a watery juice of a small Bitter Gourd (remove seeds) every morning. It is one of the best natural remedies for diabetes.

Mango leaves are very useful in controlling diabetes. Take some mango leaves and soak them in water. Keep it overnight then in an empty stomach take this solution. You can also take them in powder form. Dry the leaves of mango tree and make its powder in a grinder. Mix one tablespoon of the dry powder of mango leaves in a glass of water and drink it everyday.

Take 60 grams of fresh ripe fruit of jamun and dip in 300 grams of boiling water and then cover it. Mash it after half an hour and sieve. Divide into three parts and drink each part thrice a day.

Carrots, green beans, and brussel sprouts: 1 cup carrot juice, 3 green beans, 3 brussel sprouts. Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink juice freshly made.

Eating 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves (kari patta) every morning for 3   months is said to prevent diabetes due to heredity factors.

Carrots, celery, and potato: 1 cup carrot juice, 2 celery sticks, one potato (peeled). Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink juice freshly made.

Fenugreek seeds are useful in diabetes. Soak about 95 -100 seeds in 250 grams of water and leave it overnight. Mash them in morning and sieve in a cloth and drink mixture regularly. Use for at least 2 months for diabetes cure. One of the best home remedies for diabetes.

Indian gooseberry, with its high vitamin C content, is considered precious in diabetes. A tablespoon of its juice, mixed with a cup of bitter gourd juice, taken daily for two months, will arouses the islets of Langerhans, that is, the isolated group of cells that secrete the hormone insulin in the pancreas. This mixture decreases the blood sugar in diabetes.

Taking Garlic in capsules helps circulation and controls sugar level. Eat 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves every morning forth three months. It prevent diabetes because of heredity factors. It also cures diabetes from obesity.

Cut 1 table spoon of elder bark into fine pieces and add 1 glass of boiling water. Boil it for 15 min, let it sit and filter it. Drink 1/4 of glass 3-4 times a day 15 min before a meal.

Two teaspoons of powdered Fenugreek seeds with milk, or swallowing two seeds of Fenugreek helps in reducing the blood sugar level.
